KVP(CIP) is a concept of continuously improving the competitiveness of enterprise. 为了解决工件烧伤这一质量问题，团队做了很多磨削参数上的优化，但都没有达到理想的效果。偶然的一次机床故障使砂轮破了一个小缺口，这让我想到了更改砂轮的结构或许能解决这个问题，并向我的团队提出了大胆的想法——将连续加工变成断续加工。但供应商却由于没有尝试过这种加工方式而否定了这个提议。最终是团队对我的信任和支持，使我的想法成为了现实。我很荣幸能在这么好的团队工作。 To solve the quality problem, our team has done a lot of optimization about grinding parameter, but it didn't get much effect. An accidental failure of the machine caused a small hole in the grinding wheel. This made me start to think about the structure of grinding wheel, and put forward a bold idea to my team to turn continuous machining into intermittent machining. However, the supplier rejected the proposal because this processing method had not been tried.Finally, the team’s trust and support made this excellent case successful. I am honored to work in such a good team.

我认为优秀案例首先是在保证质量的前提下能给公司带来成本上的节约，能得到团队的支持并共同开发，有创新且有实际优化效果的案例。In my opinion, an excellent case is one that can bring cost savings to the company on the premise of good quality, can get the support of the team, and has innovation and actual optimization effect. 在您参与过的案例中，您认为最有价值的是哪个？ Among the cases you have participated in, which one do you think is the most valuable?这个案例是我第一个全程跟进的案例，是一个很好的开始，我相信在这样的团队支持和帮助下，一定可以为公司创造更多的价值。This case is my first full follow-up case, which is a good start. I believe that with the support and help of such an excellent team, I will surely create more value for the company. 您下一步计划要进行的优化是什么？ What optimizations do you plan to make next?
Method: Line Balancing & Value Adding 我们这个工序磨外圆是瓶颈设备，目前烧伤问题已经解决了，下一步我想对砂轮寿命进一步优化，提升OEE（设备综合效率），满足产量提升的需求。This process is the bottleneck process, and the burn problem has been solved. Next, I want to further optimize the lifetime of grinding wheel, improve OEE(Overall equipment efficiency), to meet the demand of increased output.
您在做优化过程中，遇到的最大的困难是什么？ What is the biggest difficultie you encountered in optimization process?
我认为最大的困难就是说服别人，让别人认可你的想法并给你支持和帮助。就拿这个案例来说吧，要不是团队的认可，我相信就在供应商否定我的想法时，这个案例就已经夭折了。I think the most difficult thing is to persuade others to accept your ideas and give you support. Take this case for example.
